Briefing Notes for the users:
Assalamualaikum and thank you very much for your valuable time to participate in our UTM reproach low fidelity prototyping session. Our UTM reproach will both students of UTM to complaint and Kolej officials to handle those problems. Through this app you will be able to register a complaint, check the posts posted by the students (this is especially for the Kolej officials) and finally commenting on the post.
We will tell you what to do and what not to do. But we will not give any complete guidance or procedures to complete the task. You will have to explore that. After completing 3 tasks there will be a very short interview regarding the tasks and system.
During the full session, we will use our Mobile to record the video. It will help us to do further analysis about you and we will not share your information with anyone.
Scenario tasks:
a) Registering or posting a complain about the faults about the Kolej.
b) The authorities can check the post to solve the problem as fast as possible.
c) Students can see all the post of the complaints and also can comment on the post itself.
Demographics:
Users 1:
Our first user is Ifthekher Ahmed. He is a student of UTM studying Mechanical Engineering as an undergraduate student. When we told him about our app, he was really excited about testing our app. The test was conducted in our Kolej KDOJ and gave him a briefing about our app, what it is about and how it will help us UTM students. Users 2:
Our second user is Musab Ahmed from Computing Faculty, an SCSR student. When we told him about our app, he was willingly approached to test our app. The test was conducted in our Kolej KDOJ and gave him a briefing about our app, what it is about and how it will help us UTM students. User 3:
Our second user is Emrul evan from Computing Faculty, an SCSJ student and our senior too. When we told him about our app, he showed interest in testing our app. The test was conducted in our Kolej KDOJ and gave him a briefing about our app, what it is about and how it will help us UTM students. Results from the interview of the users:
Users 1:
Ifthekher Ahmed said that the app is very useful. It will save a lot of time rather complaining manually.
User 2:
Musab Ahmed was answer was same as Ifthekher but told us that it would be better that id we build a system that will identify if the complaint is legit or not.
User 3:
Emrul, he told us about to takecare in forming the database for the Kolej authorities.
